We're an AI & technology strategy studio. We help founders and growing teams with AI strategy, technical and architectural advisory, custom AI tools, product design, founder mentorship, and investment due diligence — typically as advisors or fractional leaders, not open-ended execution.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute intro call. From there, we scope a clear deliverable — a strategy sprint, an architectural review, a custom tool, or an ongoing advisory retainer — with explicit ownership, decision rights, and success criteria.

Founders and growing teams (seed to Series B) navigating an inflection point — adopting AI, scaling architecture, or reshaping a product. We work especially well with technical founders who want a senior thinking partner, and non-technical founders who need translation between strategy and engineering.

Kelowna, British Columbia. We work bilingually in English and Spanish with clients across Canada, the US, and Latin America — bridging both ecosystems is a core part of how we operate.

It depends on scope. Short architectural reviews and audits start in the low five figures. Advisory retainers and fractional leadership are priced monthly. We share specifics on the intro call once we understand the work.

Selectively. For early-stage companies where we can be deeply involved as advisors or co-founders, we'll consider a mix of cash and equity. We also do investment due diligence for angels and small funds evaluating technical risk.

Usually within a week of the intro call for short engagements. Larger retainers depend on current capacity — we keep the client list small on purpose.
